Bakersfield Thrift Company is a fresh new addition to the Bakersfield community, built on decades of passion for thrifting. While our doors may be newly opened, our love for thrift stores dates back to the 1980s. Our founders have spent years exploring thrift shops and understanding what makes them special.

Our mission is simple: to provide our community with affordable, secondhand items while creating local opportunities and staying true to the classic thrift store experience. We’re committed to keeping prices low, supporting sustainability, and making a positive impact on Bakersfield.
Donation Days
We are accepting donations during store hours. You can donate your clean items at 324 Bernard St. You can bring them in through the front door and place them in the designated donation spot. If you need assistance just let us know!
